All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds for change of mind or sizing.
SHIPPING AND LOCAL PICKUP
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States may be canceled. You may also choose free local pickup at checkout and collect your order at our store: 1418 Spencer Hwy, Suite D, South Houston, TX 77587, during store hours, Monday to Saturday, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID. Orders not picked up within 30 days may be canceled.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS (QUICK ENTRY PACKS)
Quick Entry packs include one digital image, delivered by email after checkout. Digital products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute or use the image for commercial purposes. Because digital products are delivered immediately, they are not eligible for refunds.
GIVEAWAYS AND SWEEPSTAKES
From time to time we run giveaways in which purchases earn entries. Each giveaway is governed by its own Official Rules, posted on our website. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a free method of entry is described in the Official Rules for each giveaway. If these Terms conflict with a giveaway's Official Rules, the Official Rules control for that giveaway. Entries have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged. Orders that are canceled, refunded, charged back or fraudulent do not receive entries.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
